I recently bought the Baby Blanket Tender Scalps spray for my 17-month-old DS, who has very fine hair. It definitely protected his scalp from sunburn but it seemed every bit as greasy to me as greasy regular sunscreen. It lists its first two inactive ingredients as "sweet almond oil" and "mineral oil" so that explains the oiliness!
Unhappy with having a baby with a greasy, sticky head, I purchased the Banana Boat scalp spray (hard to find, but they did carry it at our military commissary for about $5). I haven't tried it out in the sun yet but it is definitely non-greasy--it's more like regular hairspray. Unlike the Baby Blanket brand, it doesn't claim to be water resistant; that's something to keep in mind. I'll probably try it out at the beach this week and then decide which brand to take to WDW next week.
