SB: Fiskars scissors at Sam's Club

I was at Sam's Club the other day & bought a pack of four Fiskars paper edgers scissors - notch, heartstrings, scallop & Victorian - for about $9. I thought that was a good price considering what I had seen at local craft stores. I also bought a pack of colored acid free paper at Sam's Club.

I've gotten some paper from BJ's too. It was very bright colors. I don't use the sissors but sounds like a good deal...maybe nice to pick up for DD who I hope will be scrapping with me soon! I thought I might make her a special gift box with some pictures, film, sissors, punch and her own pens and paper for her birthday She will be 7 in Nov. So I'll look at BJ's and see if they have the same set she would love the hearts.

Spinning, what a cute idea for your daughter! A friend told me she saw Fiskars sciccors at BJs recently. Hope they are near you, too!

Spinning that sounds like a great idea. Get that girl to scrapping - my daughter is 5 and scraps almost every day. We sit at our desk (they are side by side) and she has most of her own tools. It's such a special bonding time and keeps her occupied for long periods of time - !!

I know I need to start her and should have... But this has been such an adventure for me! LOL I really just got into scrapping about 6 months ago. I would say I dabbled in and did some pages but really had no clue what I was getting into!
Now that I have some clue not much but some LOL I want to have her start with me. I would love to have a nice area where we could both work on our books together. Some day! But she will be into it very soon! Maybe after our next vacation I'll get her started!
