What do you do to make the anticipation fun? We are eagerly awaiting our vacation in May. We have our reservations, our plans, and our ADRs. (internary below.) Now comes the waiting. What do you do to pass the time so every day in wait does not feel like a 20 year prison sentence in Alcatraz?

~Make a countdown calendar with the kids, then they can mark off each day.
~Watch Disney movies (save money, get them from the library).
~Get a Disney coloring book and color a different picture with the kids each day.
~Visit "the Dis" often, especially the trip reports!

I'm sure you will get lots more responses.

Have a magical trip!

listen to the Disunplugged podcast, besides hearing about Disney, you may hear about something you'd like to do or have a question that you wouldn't have thought of. DH plugs his ipod into the stereo and we'll sit in the living room listening to the podcast until we get close to our trip. Then we "save" up the podcasts and listen to them in the car on our drive down. Makes the ride fly right by :)

another idea: start your pre-trippie
