Savi's sucks right now

Went to Savi's on Thursday, reservations for myself and son in hand. When we get there we find that there are NO Protection and Defense pieces at all (which is what we came for,) and the only complete set is Power and Control. The other two sets have only a few of the pieces, and they're like "you can just double up the pieces we do have" so most of your hilt will look exactly the same and they WILL NOT let you take pieces from other sets so you can have a hilt that doesn't look completely boring. Son wanted to do the thing so bad he took the power and Control set even though totally not what he wanted. I said to them if they wouldn't let me switch out just one piece I would cancel my own reservation, and I had just bought a whole bunch of different colored crystals from Dok Ondar's for it. They still wouldn't do it, so I canceled mine and bought an Anakin legacy Saber instead for cheaper. Completely ridiculous business sense.

Oh man. They should really have a disclaimer when making reservations right now. Did they have the carrying cases? My son really wants to build one and he doesn't know all the differences in the options so he probably won't notice, but still. $220 bucks to not get exactly what you want is a hard swallow.

They did have the cases. I pointed out that by not letting me change just one piece they would lose 220 plus 70 for all the extra kyber crystals. They said there's nothing they can do. I asked if the pieces would physically fit together and they said yes, so really, they could but won't.

They really should let people who make reservations know that certain parts are unavailable. That's the honest and right thing to do. Just another example that they just. don't. care. about guest experience anymore, just the money.
