Saving a post?

Hi - I'm relatively new here, but how do you save a post (thread?) so you can come back and see what new posts have been made to it? Thanks - sorry if it's a stupid question

Two things you can do

#1 If you post to a thread you will automatically be subscribed to it.

#2 If you do not want to post and you just want to keep tabs on all the responses, go to "thread tools" at the upper right hand corner of the thread and then go to "subcribe to this thread".

Either way, you should then receive email notifications when new posts are made to that thread.

OK - if I post to a thread, where do I find it easily? I find the subscribe to thread. Thanks.

Whether you post to the thread or not, you can subscribe to it using the "thread tools" button. You do not need to choose to get e-mail notifications. Whenever you log onto the DIS, just click on "User CP" and it will bring you to all of the threads to which you've subscribed.
