Saved the number, not the postcard

Can anyone help me? I got a postcard with a discount code and wrote down the code number code. But I didn't save the postcard with the website information and where to go to insert the code. Does anyone have the website info?

If you got and wrote down a 15-digit "Unique Offer Code" you can go here to use it:

If you have a shorter number, then you don't have a discount, just something that identifies the mailing/offer you were sent.
