Saved over $800 on Disney trip

I love the DIS boards. Last night I was having dinner with my cousin. She and her family are going to Disney in October. They have not visited nearly as much as my family does. I think the last time they went was about 8 years ago. Anyway, I gave her some suggestions I've learned from DIS, especially from the budget boards. Thanks to DIS, her family is going to the Halloween parade, she knew nothing about it until I told her. Another suggestion I made was for her to call and ask about free dining. She did, she just called me - she was able to get free dining! She's so excited to save over $800.

So thanks all! You guys have great money saving suggestions; not just for me but also my friends and family.
