Just so everyone knows...
My Uncle used this number on Thursday to book room only AP rates for the ASMu in November. $49/night
He said that he was on the phone for about 10 minutes total(the 1 minute wait included) with the CM and they were extremely helpful. Without this number I booked room only AAA rate for ASSp for November (my pre FTP room) and was on hold about 15 minutes and then when a CM came on took my information they promptly put me on hold another 15 minutes.
A big difference in service and cost.
So, if you can't call from work and you don't want to see a big phone bill, this number is really useful.
