Last week was supposed to be the season finale. The writers thought it was coming back.

DH and I both added our signatures I loved this show and I am SO sick of television networks shoving new shows down our throats, making it must watch TV and then when we get hooked...BAM, they pull it I've also emailed CBS and filled out the complaint form via the CBS website.

I hate to see that show get cancelled.

There's always a petition going around after good shows get cancelled. I don't remember one instance where it has worked. The best I saw it was when the remaining eppisodes of Wonderfalls were released on DVD with the whole season.

My pessimistic view here....

The show started out with almost 11 million viewers and after it's hiatus, it came back with 8 million. Over the remaining episodes, it sank to a 2 rating meaning about 2.2 million people were still watching it at the end. I doubt a petition with let's say 30,000 signatures even makes CBS blink their eyes.

You know I was just reading that Roswell was brought back for two additional seasons after people protested. It seems that happened with one of the Star Trek shows too? I didn't watch those but DH did and I thought he'd told me about something like that.

I know it probably won't work but I still want CBS to know how displeased I am and that I won't be watching their network!

I wish they would, at the very least, have a finale that wraps things up.

The petition was only up to about 7200 when I signed yesterday, glad to see so many more signing it. I also e-mailed CBS. It probably won't do any good, but at least I feel like I did what I could to help. I also asked them to bring back "The Class" while they're at it!
