Check the Rail Sale -- as of yesterday you could travel north and southbound for $37 per person on Amtrak's Auto Train from early May to September.

I see today the dates have changed to be September only.

If you check periodically they continually change. It states that the rates are released every Monday, but it's been my personal experience that they can change any day.
