Nothing like asking for extremely specific information but Disboards is amazing so I figured it might be worth it to ask. Since all of the DVC Savannah view studios are on/above the 5th floor and the trees will block the animals, does anyone know of any room #s that don't have quite so many branches? Thanks in advance!!

o, k? didn't know that...we've never stayed there but have a SV Studio booked, if i'd have known we weren't going to be able to see animals would have booked a Value or Standard View...bummer, maybe we can change it.

We just returned from Orlando and had a Jambo House SV studio #5308.
We saw Animals from our room everyday. Our room actually overlooked the new Kidani Village guest check in area and animal viewing area so we thought it was great!

We had a 2 br in Jambo and saw lots of animals well on the Uzima Savanna. I don't think the trees interfere with the view as much as you think. Of course, many like to view the animals from the 2nd or 3rd floor -- you can do that at Kidani.

The only place that I have noticed trees blocking the view was when I had a Concierge studio that overlooked the Sunset savanna. (i.e. the end of the sunset savannah that is near where the lobby is.) Otherwise, I haven't noticed any where that I couldn't see the animals.

The trees are spaced out, it's not like a forest or anything. There is not a canopy of branches blocking your view. We had two different studios in Jambo (one Sunset and one Arusha) and could see just fine. The only animals you can't see perfectly clear are the ones standing directly under the trees, but considering these are pretty much all grazing animals, they tend to be moving about most of the time. Yes, obviously the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms are below the tree line, so you will be looking underneath the branches and almost directly at the animals rather than looking down on them.
