Saturday vs Sunday for RoL Dining Package?

We are coming up on our FP+ window and I am trying to decide on park days. Would Saturday or Sunday be the better option for the Tusker House RoL dining package in late October? We haven't seen RoL yet so I wanted to do the Dining Package for the better seating since we will be using our FP for other options. I know the Dining Package has a limited # of people, so I'm not sure if there is much difference between nights at all. Saturday will be EMH morning at AK and Sun night will be MNSSHP at MK so I am struggling with my park days plans!!

Saturday is usually a better day overall for any package.
