Saturday or Sunday?

We are going for a long weekend due to time off constraints. We will be in Orlando July 28 - July 31st. I'm wondering if the parks are less crowded on Sunday than Saturday or will it really not make a difference which day we go to Magic Kingdom. Any suggestions?

Saturday would be the best if not staying on-site. There are EMH days both Friday and Sunday.
