In 2 weeks we will be at WDW :yay:

We are still on the fence whether to go Sat for EMH until 3am. Go at rope drop, back at hotel from 2-6pm for naps/pool and back for the rest of the night.

Or

Go Sunday and hope the crowds are a lot lower because of the previous late EMH? It is open until midnight.

We have a 5 and 13yr old. My MIL will be taking the 5yr old back once she is tired so 13yr old and parents can go commando for the night. My concern is crowds Saturday as well as staying out too late and being way too tired the next day. We can make Sunday a rest day or late Epcot day.

What seems to work best?

I wouldn't pass by a 3am closing at the MK! A late Epcot day the next day sounds perfect! I'd love to see a late night on our trip this summer- love them!

We did the 3 am a couple weeks ago and it was AMAZING!!!!!! We rested before going and walked through the gates at 10:45 pm and headed back out the gates at 2:45 am. 4 hours. And I was with my DS who is disabled and moves slow. By midnight we felt like we had the park to ourselves.

Okay thanks - all the calendars are saying to avoid a Saturday because of EMH and because of locals. But if we start early, leave and then go back, I think it will work

We've done the 3am EMH and loved it! There was something magical about being there so late. We walked onto just about everything that night. We practically had Main Street to ourselves. We will be there next week and MK is open until 2am. We will take a nap at the resort and then hit the part until close. We go home the next day so we'll sleep in and then hit the road.
Enjoy the EMH! I think it is so worth it.

We loved the 2am EMH on our trip last May......I would highly recommend giving it a try
