Saturday brunch in Disney Springs?

Are there any restaurants in Disney Springs that do Saturday brunches or serve breakfast foods when they open? I originally had planned to have a late breakfast at Boma and do some animal viewing at the lodge and then go over to Disney Springs for a few hours before I have to catch the ME, but since my flight got bumped up an hour, I now don't think I will have much time to enjoy both places.

I believe the only one that has a weekend brunch is Raglan Road.

I think there are others besides Raglan Road - check Paddlefish and Boathouse. Also House of Blues.

We have done Raglan for brunch and it is great!

I just canceled Boma and booked Ragland- it looks appealing!
