Sat the 19th or next week? Last minute 1 day trip!

I finished all my Christmas shopping and everything is wrapped. The kids get out of school on Fri. I've never seen DLR at Christmastime. I think we need to take a 1 day trip! Dh will be easily persuaded, he likes short trips, lol. Would it be less crowded this Sat, or maybe Mon or Tues of next week? Or is it so crazy right now that it doesn't matter? I am usually not spontaneous, but between the Disney Christmas songs we've been listening to, and ds telling me pretty much all day every day how he loves DLR, I'm thinking a fast trip would be a great Christmas spirit booster. Thoughts?

Of the 3 I'd go with a Monday ~ and one before C-mas breaks start ~ well my kids start this coming Monday so I don't know?? You won't have a MM so you'll be at least an hour behind guests with MM privelage on both Sat. & Tues. If you could get there early on Monday I'd say you should be OK - have fun! Why just one day? Why not 2-4 ~ Sat-Tues?
