Do they serve cajun/creole food during the lunch time?

they did have jambalaya and another creole dish on the menu for both lunch and dinner when we were there last spring.......it is a good change to regular cs items....hope you have fun

It looks correct but not complete. They have 4 stations that each serve about 6-10 things.

The only typical Cajun/Creole thing I remember is the muffaletta sandwich ... oh and the beignets of course. But I don't eat meat so I didn't pay much attention.
