SAS transportation-what am I doing wrong?

Any fellow cruisers use SAS transportation in FLL to POM?

I filled out the online form a few days ago and haven't heard back, so yesterday I called and left a voicemail.. and still nothing.

All the reviews I have read are fantastic!
Does anyone know of another way of getting a hold of them? Or have had similar experiences?

Maybe try their FB page. We used them X-Mas 2014 great service, no problems.

We used them in April 2015 and they were really good as well. I remember calling to ask questions, then filled out the online form. I hope your issue was resolved!

Send an email. We have used them a few times now. Service has been really good. Steve (owner) has always been really good responding to things on the phone and by email.

I know this is likely too late for the OP, but wanted to comment for others' info that we had a less-than-stellar experience with SAS, which we used from the Miami port to FLL.

Booking was easy, but there were communication issues in Miami and the drive was unpleasant. The driver wasn't very safe- at one point, while gesticulating during conversation, he took both hands off the wheel for a few seconds. I couldn't believe a professional driver would do that. It was disturbing because my son was in the van.

He also talked the whole time: highly opinionated stuff about politics and travel- apparently fishing for business of some kind. He actually offered to give me his personal contact info so I could call him about some vacation opportunity. I wasn't at all interested, but didn't want to argue with him because I wanted to keep up my post-cruise happy mood, but that drive dampened it considerably.

I remember that it took us a few days to hear back from them. However, after that they were great. Would use them again.
