Saratoga vs Old Key West only discount

called today for a discount Nov 5-11 only thing they had was 2 Bedroom at Saratoga Springs or 2 studios at Old key west...was hoping for a moderate no go!!please give me any opinions....anything would be appreciated...pros cons...is Saratoga Springs a lot further from the parks than Old key west HELP!

SSR and OKW are neighbors both near DTD.

If you go to allearsnet.com and look under accommodations, then DVC resorts you can compare the two to see what fits you the best. I have stayed at both and enjoy both of them.

We are DVC members w/ a 9 yr old dd. We have stayed at all of them (home is Boardwalk) and I love OKW. It just feels more to me like a resort as opposed to a "condo" complex, now this is just MHO but as much as I would rather a two bedroom I'd take the two studios at OKW just for the atmosphere. You may want to check out the DVC boards, you might get a good idea of what each resort is like.

Studios are never next to each other, so that would leave me saying go with SSR. SSR has the best gym on property, a large indoor food court(OKW's only counter service option is outside), a spa, and is brand new. Both OKW and SSR have boat and bus transportation to DtD, and buses that go everywhere else.
