I looked at the prices for this resort, and they seem reasonable, so i was wondering if I could get some reviews and information for myself, and my two sons 15 and 11

I stayed at Saratoga Springs resort in December of last year. We stayed in a studio room near the carriage house. I thought the resort was wonderful. I lot of owners that I met felt that the resort was too large and spread out.

The size really didn't bother me. I thought it was nice and quiet, which may have been due to it's size. Check-in was somewhat slow, but all of the CM's were very nice - even gave my kids a gift on two separate occasions. Once during check in - they got some sort of Disney magazine and when we were on our way to breakfast at Artist Pallete they got a little pouch filled with SMALL Knick Knacks a candy cane, ornament, stickers ... they were thrilled.

My only complaint is that they don't have a table service restaurant.

I thought I'd be bothered by the fact that they were out of the way, being a downtown Disney resort; but it really took no time at all to get to the parks.

Check out the DVC boards since SSR is a DVC resort. We've stayed there twice and thought it was beautiful. An easy walk to DTD, but the bus transportation to the theme parks was pretty good.

I just stayed there in April I loved it. Be careful It could entice you to buying into DVC. I did.

We just stayed there last week and loved it! I wrote a review and put it in the rate and review section of allearsnet.com

My kids (13 & 10) enjoyed both the main and quiet pools and we all felt very relaxed and comfortable at SSR. No complaints!

It is a beautiful resort. We stayed there in December because we couldn't get VWL. I love the Wilderness Lodge - it is/was my favourite. But Saratoga was fantastic - we bought 250 extra DVC points there. We are staying at Villas Wilderness Lodge this month, but I can't help feeling I'm missing something by not going to Saratoga.
