Saratoga Springs Questions!

Hello! We are planning a Sept trip & staying in a 2BR villa in Saratoga Springs. We are not vacation club members. We have decided that we will request the Springs section. Are the buildings labeled in any way? (A,B,C or 1,2,3) Should we request specific buildings in the Springs? Our primary concern is being close to the pool with any pretty view as secondary. Also, will we get daily housekeeping? Is there any thing else we need to know??? Thanks experts!!!

Not an expert, but Springs section is closer to main pool. Forget daily housekeeping. DVC people get towels and trash every 4 days. You can just throw your towels into the launrdry. Vacuum if you want. You will also have a dishwasher.

The buildings are not numbered, just the rooms.

We stayed in the Springs last September and it! We were in the building on the far left facing all three of them. Our room looked out over the water and fountains and the bridge...It was so beautiful. It was room 4412 and I'd highly recommend that area. Very close to the main pool and the bus stop...

If you got the room thru Disney CRO, paying cash, then you will get daily mousekeeping.

If you got the room by renting points from a DVC member, then you will not get daily mousekeeping.

You just request a section. No guarantee you'll get it though. It depends on what's available at the time. But they try to be reasonable about it.

Buildings are marked with ranges of room numbers. Here's the map so you can see. (Grandstand and Springs are the closest sections to the main pool and food area. Grandstand just started opening in the last month or so.)
