Saratoga Springs driving directions

Can you enter Saratoga Springs from Disney Vacation Club Way and Buena Vista Drive? I thought you could enter right down the street from OKW, but my DH says the entry is off Buena Vista Dr. Can anybody help? Thanks!

I've entered from DVC way when dropping off people at the spa while we stayed at OKW.

The entrance to Saratoga Springs is off Disney Vacation Club Way (down from OKW's entrance if you're coming that way). They have exits on Buena Vista Drive, but the security guard / entrance gate is off DVC.

Even when we've stayed at OKW, we still go around Buena Vista to get to DVC Way - we find it's faster because you don't have so much traffic and stop-and-go that you encounter in front of Downtown Disney.

I haven't gone the Buena Vista Dr. way since the Disney Institute and I was looking for a different way to OKW. I remember that it was very easy to miss Disney Vacation Club Way (Community Dr. back then?). In fact, I got lost. Is it still easy to miss that intersection?

When you're coming into the Downtown Disney area, there is a Purple sign that points you to Saratoga Springs -- just stay in the right-hand lane as you make that turn (There is a traffic light there - if you go to the left, it takes you in front of Downtown Disney - you're on the corner by the Marketplace). You'll pass a (very cool looking) firestation on the right and then DVC Way is just beyond that - and there is, again, a Purple Sign You'll see Saratoga Springs buildings all on your left as you're heading to DVC Way.

The main entrance is on DVC Way.

I thought the other gate required a room key for access? I'll find out soon enough!

It does require your room key to open the gate from the outside but not from the inside.

The card-operated gate on Buena Vista Drive is also a little hard to spot. I don't think there's a sign.I stayed in Congress Park, so I used the Buena Vista Drive gate whenever possible.

Ah - I didn't even know there as a card-operated gate! We could've used that entrance when staying in the Paddocks as we were right there. When we go in a couple of weeks, I'll be sure to look for it!
