Saratoga Springs Disney Bus Question

We are going in just 2 weeks & staying in the preferred section at Saratoga Springs. Just wanting to see how the bus situation is there & which stop do the buses stop at first? We have had problems in the past at OKW waiting over an hour for a bus because they would go to the first stop on the loop and fill up.

Order of stops depends on final destination:
Theme Parks: Grandstand > Carousel > Paddock > Congress Park > Springs
Disney Springs: Congress Park > Springs > Grandstand > Carousel > Paddock
