Saratoga Springs Boat Service

I read in one of the post that there would be boat service at Saratoga Springs, that would be one of the drawing features, among other things. I am guessing that the boat service would only be to Downtown Disney and maybe OKW, is that right? There isn't any waterway that goes to any of the parks from that area, is there?

There is already a dock facility at the DI site which I'm sure will be used for SS. It will likely transport guests to the DD dock. I guess they could go to OKW also or expand the OKW service to include a stop at the SS dock to use the restaurant/spa fcacility there. If they added a couple of more boats for SS and included OKW/SS/DD in the itinerary, it might add something to both resorts.
