Our flight arrives a bit after midnight, I am wondering will Bell Services still be there to help us with getting our luggage to our room?

If not, we will deal, but just not sure what their hours are for Bell services.

Yes, there is someone on duty 24 hours. It may just be one or two people, so if other guests arrive at the same time you may need to wait a bit, but they can get your bags to you.
