Saratoga Spring - when?

When will it be available for reservation?

I read the info from Disney Vacation Magic and just can't wait. I think the location is great (maybe even better than BW). And the spa ! I can't wait to go there and check it out.

I just spoke with Disney today when I made my deposit on VB and he said that they hope to have them finished next summer. Not sure when sales wuill begin??

No announcement has been made about reservations at SSR. It is currently under construction and is expected to open in Spring 2004. No information about points needed or room details has been made public.

The Spa is open now and DVC members do have some discounts available there at this time. They will even provide transportation by taxi from other WDW resorts.

Better than BW (for shopping maybe but not location)IMHO

When I first met with my guide to purchase Beach Club Villas, they had just started taking reservations a few days earlier. This was in March 2002. Beach Club opened July 1, 2002. So about four months earlier than the opening date.

Maybe they will start taking reservations four months before Saratoga opens in 2004. (All of the Disney press releases indicate they will open in Spring 2004.) But who knows what they will actually end up doing.
