Sarasota opens summer 2004?

Just did a 100 point add on yesterday at BCV and was told Sarasota Springs may open summer 2004. The buildings are gone and new ones set to go up soon. Does anyone know if this is the schedule?

That fits with my recollection of the plan. I was thinking it was early summer or late spring. I'm assuming presales will start around the first of the year if BCV is basically sold out by then.
