Sapphire Falls Mattress Comfort

We are thinking of booking one night at Sapphire Falls. It would be our first time at Universal. How are the mattresses? I know this is very subjective but I have a bad back and can't sleep on a hard mattress.

I can't recall specifics as to hardness, but do know they were very comfortable to us during our 5 nights there last year. It's a beautiful resort and can't wait to return next month!

You could try googling for reviews, might give you an idea of other folks opinions too.

They are Stearns and Foster plush pillow top mattresses. The basic one which if I remember correctly is called the entry level one.

I’ve only sat on a few mattresses over there when we were lucky enough to be given a private tour of the hotel after it opened, I felt them to be firm but not overly so.........of course our opinion on firm might be different to yours.

Definitely not a hard mattress. It’s very comfortable leaning to the soft side.

Like Schumi said it’s a Stearns and foster plush pillow top. Nice beds
