Santo Domingo, DR

I am in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic on a trip with our high school. There is a lot of sensitivity to what is going on in Haiti, but there were no problems here becuase of the earthquake. The people felt a few tremors, but that was all. I am enjoying the trip very much and have found reliable wifi and thought I would share a few photos. Tomorrow we leave Santo Domingo and go into the mountains to work and an orphanage for the week.

I could have posted many of these in the "Through the Window" assignment because several of them were taken from the bus and we whizzzzed through the city. They drive crazy here...
