Santee SC hotel recommendation?

We leave in 28 days . We're driving from RI and am looking for lodging recommendations for Santee SC. Any suggestions?

If you're driving along I95. Check out usastar.com. They are a great reference, including lodging along the highway.

We have done the drive down to WDW many, MANY times (been doing this ride since 1975) and we always stay in Santee, SC. Our favorite is the Ramada Inn. It is very nice, clean, and reasonable (about $50 per night) but make your reservations ASAP!!! This hotel is a favorite of golfers that frequent the area and it fills up fast. If the Ramada is booked then try the Days Inn next door. It is also clean and Very reasonable.

We used the Days Inn there back in October. It was clean and reasonably priced and we didn't have a reservation b/c we wanted to drive as long as possible before stopping.

Our favorite..........Country Inn and Suites (within walkable distance to a Cracker Barrel - very important) !!!!
