Santa video trouble

Anyone else having trouble sending on Portablenorthpole.tv.

Tried it about six times and couldn't get it to send the video. I get all the way to the end (page 5) and I get an Error 404, that the page cannot be found. I tried it in Safari and Mozilla.

Is anyone else having any trouble with sending the Santa video????

I had the same problem yesterday afternoon, but then it worked fine about two hours later. If I had to guess, I would say the server it runs on may get overloaded with requests at times.

To help people pick a secret, here is what each one has

How do reindeer fly? They are fed a special Lichen that only grows at the North Pole. If your kids believe it is due to Magic Corn like the "Santa Claus is coming to Town" cartoon states, this may cause issues.

How does Santa visit every child? He has a machine that controls the earths rotation, and can slow down the rotation which slows down time. He can even stop time using this machine.

What does Santa do in the Summer? They show him outside, rowing a boat, playing golf, etc... He encourages kids to play outside just like he does.

How does Santa know if you have been Naughty or Nice? Elves travel the world checking on kids. They show a couple of elves looking in a window, and reporting back to Santa. I used this one for my dd 7, and she thought she saw one at the window about 15 minutes later.

Does Santa eat all of the cookies? Yes he does, because it is the only time of the year he can eat cookies. During the year when Mrs. Claus makes cookies, they are only for the elves, so he saves his appetite for Christmas.

My dd absolutely LOVES her video! We've had some trouble with viewing it sometimes. My guess, too, is that their server gets overloaded. Sometimes it takes forever to load and others it just doesn't seem to want to work. Then again, sometimes it works perfectly.

I'm impressed by how well-done it is.

So, here we are six hours after I began trying to send a video and I STILL CAN'T SEND IT. Nothing more aggravating than getting all the way to the last page, confirming all the information, then have it error out and not send.

I'll admit I have used a swear word or two (or more) over the last couple hours.

Well, I'm done. There are enough things in the world I HAVE to deal with that are annoying...no sense seeking it out too.

I noticed you said you tried using Safari, I'll assume you are using a Mac. I tried a bunch of times on my Mac at home and was not able to access it either. I went to work the next day and had no trouble on my PC, not sure if this has something to do with it?

It was reallly overloaded this afternoon. I just sent one to my sister this evening with no problem, though. I'd try again (I am using a PC, though). --Katie
