Great photos here! Absolutely adorable children..:lovestruc

Love the idea of Santa in the background - very original! :santa:

Thank you! I think that one is going to be our Christmas card soon! :santa:

WOW you guys are early.

we usually wait until Dec to get ours.

Cassie doesn't like santa - well doesn't like anyone with facial hair except her uncle. so it's always interesting getting them done and we've been in some of the pics for the last 4 years LOL

we'll see how she is this year.

DS usually hates Santa- but this year, with this Santa, he did great! I usually wait until later too, but the photographer only does hers this early, and since I knew her in HS, I figured why not? And it worked out well! And my DS is comfy with her taking pics too- always a good thing! :goodvibes

Right above Atlanta...around Canton area. My husband is in LOVE with the lake there.

Ahhh...I know someone near Kennesaw, which is over there and he too is a lake bum! :rotfl: On his jet ski whenever possible.

That's really cool!!! Congrats! She looks great on all of them.

I was going to take DD to get her pictures taken with Santa this weekend but after today, that plan has been ditched. While at the babysitter's, DD decided to "cut" her hair while she was using the bathroom. She completely cut off her bangs and big chunks of hair on top.

I am still upset over it. Can you get wigs for little girls? :rolleyes1

Awww! Take the pics anyway! In a few years, this will all be a funny memory and besides that- when she is in high school you can show all her friends her "cute" hairstyle! :rotfl: But seriously, you should still do the pics. Is there anyway to style her hair to a way you can't really see the damage?

Here's DD with Santa. We went last week and there was no line! She got to talk to him for a while. They discussed all sorts of things; toys, cookies, good behavior. So cute

ohhhh take the pic anyways. it's life. and when she's a mom she'll have something to remember when her daughter does the same thing and you can say - come on now - you can't get mad you did the same thing.

OR - use the pic as blackmail when she's a teenager. I swear i'll show these to your boyfriend if you don't ....... :lmao::lmao::lmao:

Im thinking of getting my kiddos to go down to the mall and get their pics with Santa.. they are almost 13, 17 and 19 :lmao: I think it would be a cute pic..

I was able to get a picture of DD and her new "hairdo". Last night every time I tried to take her picture, she put her head down. Tonight she was more cooperative.

oh my....

well she has a beautiful smile and her eyes are very happy and she is a beautiful girl :)

take the pic anyways. life happens and you just have to go with it.

though maybe take her to your hair salon and see if your hair dresser can "fix" it

We haven't taken the kdis yet, but every year a group of friends and I go. Last year there was only 4 of us and it was a pretty standard picture. This year we had 7 so we got creative! So thankful Santa went along with it! He even printed one out for his collection!

She's adorable!!!

:grouphug:

Your DD is such a cutie :cutie:, but I know how upsetting this is for any Mom . They make such cute hats now, no one would even know she cut her hair :goodvibes. Our oldest DD did this to our doggie when she was 3 - he enjoyed the attention and trim ;). Then one day one of my day care kiddies cut her hair at home right before she started pre-school....thankfully it was not on my watch . We had it trimmed in layers and it grew out in quick order :goodvibes. Know, many of us have been in your shoes, it could be so much worse, and this too shall pass. :flower3:

I agree with all of the above! Take your daughter anyway and get the pics. She will love to see the pics later. :goodvibes

And I love the Santa pic of the group holding Santa!! :santa:

Thank you all for the words of encouragement. We will probably go sometime this next week when the weather clears up. DD keeps telling me, "I promise not to cut my hair again, Mommy. It looks like Daddy's".:goodvibes

No children, just 3 cats you have no idea how happy I'd be to have a good picture of the three of them and us to go in our Christmas cards.

msheppo your DD is beautiful and you should have the Christmas pictures taken, I think you'll regret not doing it.

For those of you North of Atlanta I've been in Marietta for 14 years (this time) and love it.

Your little girl is absolutely adorable! She has a sweet face that can pull off any hairstyle.:)

Love it!:thumbsup2 It's always nice to see different Santa pictures.:)

Our grandson hasn't had his picture taken with Santa yet this year. We're still looking for a Santa that looks authentic. The ones we've seen so far have been skinny with pitiful looking, straggly beards.:confused3 He has visited with Santa, though. Our grandson is two and not the least bit afraid of Santa, or any costumed character for that matter. He walked right up and let Santa pick him up and put him on his lap.

The entire time that our grandson was on Santa's lap, he had his eye on the shiny, wrapped (empty display boxes) gifts under the tree near Santa. When Santa asked him what he wanted for Christmas, our grandson held out his hands toward one of the wrapped boxes under Santa's tree and said, "Want dat one." :rotfl: However, he happily left with the little activity booklet that Santa gave him. Phew!
