Sannaa & Jiko

So excited for our first AKV stay! Have booked Sannaa and Jiko for dinner because as a vegetarian, I am dying to try them both! Are they too simliar? Am I missing something because I did not book Boma for dinner? Wanted to do all 3 but it may be too much. We do have Boma booked for breakfast, though!
PS DH a meat eater!

Boma has, hands down, my favorite breakfast buffet on property. Personally, I don't think you're missing anything by not booking it for dinner...but I'm not a fan. A lot of people love dinner at Boma, and would disagree with me, but I think the food and experience are definitely better at Jiko and Sanaa. In fact, Sanaa is probably my favorite 1TS credit restaurant at WDW right now. Have a great trip! And definitely try the chai cream at Sanaa!

I know you've already decided but wanted to ring in with a couple of specifics. We wound up eating at Jiko twice when we visited last week and I had the Aleecha, Shimbra Asa, Inguday Tibs vegetarian meal both times. Be aware it's not vegan - had cheese - but I'm sure they can accommodate if you are vegan. I also loved Sanaa when we were there last May - had the salad sampler and the vegetarian sampler. My meal definitely had a spicy kick to it (which I loved!), so be aware of that too.

Boma's fine for vegetarians but wasn't my favorite - for an "Animal Kingdom" themed buffet, I liked the vegetarian selections at Tusker House better. It's worth trying someday but agree that your two picks are better.

Thanks all! It all sounds so yummy! No, not a vegan and I love spice so I will do fine off the menu! Can't wait - both sound sooo good and can't wait get a chai cream for dessert!

Not Vegetarian/Vegan but I ate at Sanaa & Jiko both in October. They're very different.
