My kids are not big breakfast people, so we were thinking of getting something like the Up and Go Milks while we are in Las Vegas to take to WDW for breakfasts. Then we don't have to waste time and money in food courts, but can get to rope drops and have an early lunch.

Is there something similar in the USA that, like the up and go, doesn't have to be refrigerated?

Kellogs have a breakfast shake and carnation has instant breakfast. both in bottles, not sure how similar they are but if you google them they should have nutritional info for you.

I don't have any suggestions, but I'm also interested in learning about something similar to Up N Go for before my RunDisney events (I don't eat before running).

I was also wondering if it would be possible to take some with us? I'm not concerned about getting through customs because it's highly processed (and even if there is a problem and I can't take them in, it's only $5 I've wasted), but I am concerned about the packages exploding with the pressure on the flight and getting all over everything in my suitcase!

I have quite a sensitive digestive system and I'm really worried about introducing anything new on the day.

A little on the pricey side but the Odwalla bottled smoothies/juices are really nice, and I imagine a lot better for you than the Kellogg's varieties!

Up and Go doesn't need to be refrigerated?

Nope, it's usually kept in the cereal aisle at the supermarket.

I usually refrigerate mine once I get home because I prefer it cold, but if we stock up, I just keep the spares in the cupboard until we need them.

We have travelled with Up N Gos and tetra juice poppers before with no problems in the suitcase. I just wrap them in a couple of plastic bags (in case) then put soft stuff around them. Never had any explode on us yet :-)

We will defs be taking some with us when we go in a couple of weeks!!
