Sanford Airport - best route to the magic

Hi

Considering flying into Sanford, just wondered what the best and safe route is to International Drive area is ?

Also, can someone confirm that Avis car hire is close to terminal building and not a bus drive away.

all the car rentals are onsite,you just walk out of the arrivals and there there 100 yards across the road.
The route to disney is really easy as you head out of airport turn right,then around 1/2 a mile you turn left onto the toll road 417(plenty of signs )takes around an hour

tip when getting hire car send driver out first as que can be long sometimes
