Are there any restaurants for dinner that have good sandwiches? I just got a craving for one and realized none of the restaurants I have booked have sandwiches. Or should I just get my fix during lunch time at a quick service place?
I would ditch Flying Fish for Boathouse (yes they have sandwiches). The food is far better at Boathouse. For us, Flying Fish was a 3 hour, super expensive, mediocre meal.

Boathouse is very good and they have a fabulous "lobster roll" sandwich. Yes it is pricey but it's worth it. Salmon BLT was also good as well. Feel free to check out our photos:
Thanks everyone! We made the switch from Flying Fish to The Boathouse. That lobster roll looks delicious! I'm excited I haven't been to Disney Springs since it was called downtown Disney. And the fact it was on opentable was great since the Disney site had horrible times

Definitely Earl. We were in Vegas for two days at the beginning of May on our way to the Grand Canyon and we wanted to eat at Earl so much that the only way we could fit it in was to go there for breakfast. Good thing we don't have a problem with a sandwich for breakfast.
Earl of Sandwich is great. I really like the sandwiches at Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge, and the hot turkey sandwich at Contempo Cafe at the Contemporary is AMAZING.
