Sandals: Suggestions??

Hi, I was reading the sandal thread..and i was thinking "none of these sandals are really my style. Im 16. and i was wondering if anyone knew of any good walking sandals for teens that are stylish and cheap..preferably made of rubber? Anyone know of a waebsite, or a store that i could pick them up? Thanks in advance!!

well i'm not 16 - i'm 24 - but i must say that i love my nike sandals. i have the sort of "traditional" nike sandals which have velcro straps, etc, the Air Deschutz kind. very comfy. great for summer. i've also seen lots of rubber sandals by nike and other companies that are more flip-flop like, they don't seem too expensive, and i've seen many of them on sale too. try any major sporting store, i can't think of any in the States as i only know Canadian ones! i think it's better to go to a store than a website since you get to try them on (unless of course you've already tried and know exactly which ones you want)

Check out Teva's website as they have many, many styles available. You just have to click on the different main headings to find at least 10 other pairs in each category. They have flip-flops, soccer type sandals, and pretty much any style sandal out there.

I vote the last pair - purple or violet or whatever it is. Cute sandals.
BUT I think the thong type shoe would cause a blister between my toes. If you don't already have a callus there, these sandals may well hurt! Just a thought...
Oh, and not to be overly negative, but I think they may slip off your foot if you have to run to catch a ride, etc. I'd vote for something that has a strap across the ankle too.
