Where can I get prices for the Sand Castle Club at BCV? Does anyone have any feedback on this service?

We've taken our kids there and they enjoyed it. They really like going to the kids' clubs and usually ask if they can go multiple nights (answer - no). It's $11/hour per child I believe. There is a small discount for something - either DVC or AP holders, I can't remember which - or it might be for both.

Thanks! Do you know where I can find more information about the club?

I just called yesterday to make reservations for the Neverland Club (another kid's club at the poly) and I was quoted $11.50 per hour and $10.35 with the DVC discount. It was for an evening in June.

They quoted $11.50 on DIS for the Sand Castle Club, so it probably has the same discount. I am going at the end of May, do you have to book this in advance?

You can book starting 180 days in advance. You have to guarantee with a credit card, but they don't charge until that night. You have to make reservations, but you could call one day ahead. You have to cancel at least 24 hours in advance or your card is charged the 2 hour minimum. I guess you could even call the day of and see if there were openings.

Both DD and DS used to love the Sandcastle Club back when they were little. We used to pay $4/hr per child back then. It's much more now, but it does include food. We used to feed them before dropping them off, which was much cheaper. They tried most of the clubs and this one was always their favorite.

4 and potty trained

I called recently to book it and the CM was clueless. I need to call back and make sure it's correct...she kept saying Simba's Clubhouse and I was like NOOOOOOOOOOOO SANDCASTLE CLUB..over and over..ugh Then she asks how many adults with be going.....what?! I said it's for children only. She was like..oh yes of course...omg! It was the most frustrating phone call ever!

As of last month $11.50 an hour per child and dinner included (thats the non DVC rate). You are required to pay for 2 hours minimum even if your child is picked up before 2 hours are up. Call ahead through the regular dining number. You can walk in that day and ask if they have space or not. Ages 4 (potty trained) and up. FIRM on the age.

I dropped off my kids one evening last week. They were thrilled and took off and never said goodbye. Dinner was really basic - hot dog, mac & cheese kind of thing. My 7 yr old was still a little hungry when I came and got them. They offered me a beeper or I could just leave my cell number. The ladies were very professional. I would not hesitate to use the Sandcastle again.

Which number did you call? I called the dining number & the girl gave me prices. She said I have to call 407-828-0920 for reservations and they have more details. I would like to wait until we are there to pick the night, but I'm worried they will get booked. We are going to use the in-room service, because we are going out later at night to Jellyrolls.

Just so you know, I booked my son in the Neverland club two months ago for our trip in June and we got the last slot for that night. I would recommend calling as soon as your plans are finalized and reserve a spot. :goodvibes

Wow! I didn't think it would be booked up already. Thanks, I will have to figure out which night and call.

Do they stop offering the kids dinner at a certain time? Our kids will be dropped off at 9 pm. They will have already eaten dinner, but I'm sure they'll get hungry again by then.
