I just booked Sanaa for our trip. We thought we would try something new this time. Would love feedback from those who have eaten there.

Also I thought I read somewhere that you could see the animals while eating. Is this correct?

Correct, if you have a table near the windows. Viewing is easier before nightfall. Not sure what's out there after nightfall.

Sanaa was excellent! Best non-signature restaurant on property, IMO.

You can see the animals from some seats. There are a few big windows with tables by them, and you can still see out them from 1 or 2 tables backs.

I loved Watermelon and Radish Salad.
I had the Slow Cooked in Gravy, Simple and Well Seasoned Entree with Chicken in red curry sauce, beef short ribs, and 5 grain pilaf. All 3 items were really delicious.

I had a trio dessert - chocolate cake, chai creme, and passion fruit kulfi. The cake was dry and boring, but the other items were out of this world good.
