Tis true... But rookies don't know that.Or get ONLY the bread service!![]()
It's our home resort... LOVE Sanaa! Definitely order the bread service! It's amazing! They also have (or had at one point) a sampler meal where you would get a little bit of the most popular dishes like Butter Chicken... etc. All the food is really delicious! The kids meals are also very generously sized, and at one point the kids even got a dessert with their meal as well. Will be going to Sanaa for the first time. What’s the best things to order?

That supermarket bread is still better than like half of the restaurants at WDW.I'm always stunned when this place is recommended because of, despite everything else on the menu, (supermarket-quality) BREAD.
Where do you live? The supermarkets near us don't sell bread that's anywhere near what we've had at Sanaa.I'm always stunned when this place is recommended because of, despite everything else on the menu, (supermarket-quality) BREAD.

They sell packaged naan at Aldi, which is a fair approximation of what's served at Sanaa.Where do you live? The supermarkets near us don't sell bread that's anywhere near what we've had at Sanaa.
Nope, just spitting factsAre you trying to make me feel better?

Absolutely the answer to OP's question is the bread service. We've learned over the years how far up the line we go with the spreads/sauces, as we're not into super spicy. Now instead of making a mistake with a really hot one, we have the server trade out the top 3 hot ones for duplicates of the ones we really like. They do that without question, and it makes for a perfect meal.I've only been once nad had the butter chicken. It was very good, but the bread service stole the show. Be warned, the spreads for the naan vary from mildly sweet to super spicy. Your server will explain what they all are, but don't forget!![]()
I'll have to try that next time I get the bread service. Last time I got it, about 6 of the 9 dips were too spicy for me, but I remember that I LOVED the cucumber raita. I don't want to sub out all 6 of the ones I thought were too spicy-DH and I both agree that it would nice if my palate were a little more tolerant of spicy foods, but if I could swap out some of the spiciest.Absolutely the answer to OP's question is the bread service. I know no one here is the chef but can you remember off the top of your heads if most of the dips seemed "healthy"? By that I mean not thickened with oils or the such. I'm thinking more like how salsa at a Mexican restaurant is mostly just ground up tomatoes and onions and what not. Or were they more like dips in the traditional sense like a salad dressing type consistency.I'll have to try that next time I get the bread service. We'll double up on our favorites, which are the cucumber and the tamarind chutney. I think there is a tomato one that's really good, too! We just don't like the spiciest when it's just me and my wife, so we ask for a little bit more of what tastes really good!I'll have to try that next time I get the bread service. Sorry, not sure how to answer that. I don't get 'salad dressing' out of any of the dips/spreads, but I really have no idea how healthy they all might be. And to be honest, eating all that amazing bread loading with butter? The dips have to be healthier, don't they?!!I know no one here is the chef but can you remember off the top of your heads if most of the dips seemed "healthy"? They are nothing like salad dressings or potato chip dips.I know no one here is the chef but can you remember off the top of your heads if most of the dips seemed "healthy"? This was my most recent order - and agree on all points! I honestly would be beyond content ONLY ordering the bread service for lunch/dinner!I've only been once nad had the butter chicken. It was very good, but the bread service stole the show. Be warned, the spreads for the naan vary from mildly sweet to super spicy. Your server will explain what they all are, but don't forget!![]()
