Sanaa or Epcot?

Can non-guests do this? I thought the NVG viewing was only for people staying at AKL. That might make it worth the transportation hassle. We want to see ROL this year so I don’t see doing it during our AK day.

We were just there last week. We were staying at Kidani as a guest, but the CM had no idea either way. He just said hello and asked if we were interested in using the night vision goggles. He was already out in the viewing area & approached all of the guests who were hanging around-he had no idea who was a guest and who was not.
