I did some digging and searching but I can't seem to find the answer that I am looking for.

I really want to eat at Sanaa but as of now the only reservations for dinner are AFTER sunset and the reviews I see that this is not really worth it because you can't see out the window and a can't see the animals.

So the next option is to do lunch at Sanaa but I can't find many reviews on the lunch option. On the WDW website it says something about a 4-course meal with an animal specialists but I can't seem to find any more information on it. Like if its still part of the dinning plan or if it is extra. And if we can do lunch without doing the animal specialist option.

I really want to eat at Sanaa and get the experience of the animals. Please help with your experience or anything information that you might have. Thanks!

We've been to Sanaa several times for lunch. We did just plain old lunch, ordered off the menu which may be slightly different than the dinner menu.
The Disney Food Blog did a review of the "new" lunch menu back in April of this year so you may want to Google and check that out.

I have a reservation for lunch during the 1st week of December - it is just plain lunch

I have done lunch there before (but it was a few years ago) and it was ordering off the menu.
