Sanaa breakfast

Does anyone know if all of the grab and go items on the Sanaa breakfast menu are obtainable with snack credits? And is the "side of egg" a boiled egg? I'm looking for palatable protein snack credit breakfast items at Sanaa and The Mara.

I believe many of the items are. It was a really yummy breakfast. While I waited for our order one early morning, one of the golden crowned cranes did a wonderful dance at the window for us.
