San Juan riots impact cruise itineraries

Sorry dude. To be fair, I posted that early this AM before we got our email

Just got off the phone with DCL. The ashore time of 7AM & aboard time of 3:30 is correct (odd, but correct). Also, any refund will go to the last card used (be it gift card, debit card or credit card). I asked, because in the past, I've had the refund credited to the next cruise I'm paying down and wanted to do the same here. Couldn't quite make out her explanation (dratted cell phones), but this refund has to come back to my card for 'reasons'.

I was upset when I saw your link to the article stating that the governor was quitting and I thought things were going back to normal in PR.. it all seems quiet there now. But oh well.. DCL must know things we don't... I'm ok now... sorry if I came across as boorish on my reaction to your post... let's enjoy our cruise starting tomorrow... I know I will.

I hope that cruiseradio corrected their story to say PROTESTS, instead of RIOTS. I haven’t looked, and it’s been several weeks since it was all over but I just wanted readers to know that the protesters were peaceful and successful. San Juan is beautiful and safe and open for business.
