San Digo Hotel Question

We'll be going to both Disneyland and San Diego in November. We're looking for a hotel in the Mission Valley area. We won't be spending a lot of time in the hotel, so we're not looking for anything fancy, but we do want clean. We're also looking for it to include a decent breakfast (including at least fruit and cereal) with a place to sit and eat, a heated pool, and reasonable parking fees. Anyone have any suggestions?
