San Diego Zoo/Wild Animal Park have a combo ticket that is a good deal.

When in doubt, pull out AAA!

Most of the local hotels have an Area Guide with a coupon.

Does that help? Check with your hotel, too! I got a grat Legoland deal from my hotel.

I understand that there is a combination Seaworld, WAP and San Diego Zoo ticket that allows for five days unlimited admission from the date of purchase. Also, some families find that buying a tax deductable zoo membership offers them a good savings. Included is unlimited admission for the member and two guest tickets. Check out their web site.
