san diego scooter/ecv rental

Any recommendations for renting a scooter in the San Diego area?

I know most of the parks have rental options but I really want 1) Something to use from the car to the parking lot and 2) To not have to stress about possibly sitting on a bench all day while my family enjoys a park that ran out for the day
