San Diego Hotels with Stay and Cruise

We are looking for hotels that we can stay one night at before our cruise in out San Diego and leave our car there for the length of the cruise.

I know that Comfort In and Suites and the Holiday Inn Express near the airport both have such packages, just wondering if anyone else knows of others, I plan on calling around in the near future for the best deal.

The Dana also has a package, but it is not at the port/airport. The Wyndham is probably the most popular cruise/park hotel downtown.
