My picky family really enjoys dining at SAI at least once a trip. I've been there over 20 times and never had a rude wait staff. My husband even called in from CT to tell the manager that his wife is dining there and for her and her friend not to pay the bill, gave him his cc and paid for it by phone.
Also, if you dine there try an appetizer that is made in front of you, made with cheese, sausage and wrapped in flour tortillas. Fondu something..... my husband, whom dislikes mexican food, loves that appetizer!
