San Angel Inn?

I am sorry I can't recommend anything from the lunch menu, because we have only dined there during dinner. But, I can tell you that we enjoy San Angel Inn a lot! I think the food is good, and the atmosphere is wonderful, especially if you could get a seat next to the water. We have dined there many times, and the only bad thing I could say from our experiences is that from time to time service was slow, and I mean really slow, but it has actually improved the last few times we were there.

Ooh, all this talk about the food there is making me hungry. I am so glad that I made an ADR there for our October trip. I always wanted to try it but could never fit it in, but this time I booked it for when we arrive.

We love san Angel as well. If we are dining for lunch I always get the sopa azteca which is wonderful and the tostados de tinga which is actually an appetizer. But it was by far enough food for me. In fact I have trouble eating it all!

I completely agree! This is what I had for lunch on our last trip and it was really good. San Angel is one of our favorite restaurants. We like the food and we LOVE the atmosphere.
